In Italian, “QB” stands for quanto basta—just enough. Inspired by the instinct passed down through generations, from grandmothers who cooked with intuition and care, QB Cucina follows the same approach in the kitchen: ingredient-led cooking, minimal waste, and nature as our guiding force.

Rooted in the sustainability vision of founder Natacha Fazal-Karim, everything begins with what we grow. Vegetables from our gardens, eggs from free-roaming hens, honey from our own hives, and carefully selected produce from trusted organic partners across Tuscany shape a cuisine that is thoughtful, expressive, and deeply connected to the land.

Guests can enjoy expressive wines from our vineyards and the Belvedere1 winery, alongside carefully selected non-alcoholic options. Each visit is a unique expression of the season.

Evenings at QB Cucina are dedicated to a seasonal vegetarian fine-dining experience, guided by the week’s harvest and the kitchen’s creative rhythm. The evening is entirely devoted to a thoughtfully composed multi-course menu, accompanied by carefully selected wine pairings and alcohol-free options, where ingredient-led cooking and a zero-waste philosophy come together in a refined culinary journey.

Bring your team together around a refined corporate dining experience rooted in seasonal, vegetarian cuisine. The experience begins with a welcome toast and an introduction to the ingredients shaping the menu, followed by a guided tasting of thoughtfully prepared dishes. The evening concludes with a shared meal, paired with selected wines from our cellar and considered alcohol-free options, creating a warm and engaging moment at the table.
Cook with Us
Discover the soul of Tuscan vegetarian cuisine through our immersive afternoon cooking classes. The experience begins with a guided walk through our gardens and winery, followed by a hands-on cooking session based on seasonal ingredients. The evening concludes with a shared meal accompanied by Belvedere1 wines from our winery.

At QB Cucina sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Most ingredients are grown on-site using regenerative and organic methods that protect biodiversity and nurture the soil. Every dish reflects ingredient-led, zero-waste cooking, celebrating the land and the hands that cultivate it.
We partner with ethical Tuscan producers and craft many ingredients in-house, from jams, breads, preserves, and kombucha to handmade pasta and infused oils, ensuring quality, transparency, and care in every bite. For us, sustainability is a daily practice rooted in regenerative agriculture, farm-to-table cuisine, and mindful culinary practices.
